2. Returns
Eligibility Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the verified delivery date.
Damage Reporting Window: Any issues involving damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to our team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a return or replacement.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
When the Issue Is on Our Side: If the return is caused by plant damage during transit, inadequate packaging, an incorrect item shipped, or substantial shipping-related harm, Vital Leaf will cover all return shipping costs. We require photographic evidence of the issue to process your claim.
When the Return Is Customer-Initiated: If you wish to return an order due to a change of preference, an accidental purchase, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect shipping address you provided, return shipping fees will be at your expense. Returned items must be in unused condition and sent back in their original packaging.
