1. Processing & Handling

After your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team initiates preparation within 2–3 business days. Our operational hours for order processing are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after the 4:00 PM EST cutoff will enter the processing queue for the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Your overall delivery window is measured from the date your order is submitted:

Carrier Transit: 5–8 business days (Monday through Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery: 7–11 business days from the order date.

5. Daily Processing Cutoff

For same-day handling, we recommend placing your order before 4:00 PM EST. Orders received after this deadline will begin processing on the following business day.
